Quilt Cover Shop prepares and delivers your order as per the following shipping conditions.

• Shipping Address
  Your ordered goods are by default shipped to your address that you register on QuiltCoverShop.com.au. If you give a different address when you check out on our site, we will send your doona cover sets or any other ordered goods to that new address. Please be aware that we are not be resposnsible for verifying your address. If your address is invalid or not in-use, we will still post your goods and we will not be responsbile for your goods or/and financial lose in this circumstance.
• Shipping Method - Trackable eParcel Service
  We reserve our right choose some the most suitable courier for your order, from the following couriers: www.auspost.com.au, www.fastway.com.au and www.tnt.com.au.By default, your order will be posted to you by:

  Auspost's eParcel service Post eParcel is Australia Post's Internet enabled freight system. Each parcel carries a barcoded address label, which is scanned at several points during the delivery process. The delivery status can be checked via the Internet at http://www.ausposttracking.com.au/. Upon your request, we can provide you the consignment or article number for tracking purposes.

• Shipping time and stock location (Important Notice)
  In most cases, your goods can be dispatched within 5 working days after the receipt of your full cleared payment.
  We dispatch your goods from either our Australia's warehouse or our overseas stock.
  If your goods is dispatch from our stock in Melbourne, VIC, it is estimated your goods may arrive at your address within a week. The shipping item may be a little longer if your address is in WA, NT or QLD North. The actual time spent on each delivery task will depend on Austpost's shipping schedule. If your goods are shipped directly from our manufacturers stock in overseas, we will choose internaional couriers service (either express or air parcel). International express takes 4--5 days to arrive your address, which is even faster than some domestic post services.
  

• Free Shipping Policy
  

  We automatically offer you Free Shipping when you check out, if your purchase satisfies any one of the following criteria: * Your order exceeds $200 in total.

• No self pick-up
  For your safety and our management reasons, we can NOT permit you to pick your ordered goods from our warehouse directly.
  
  
• Shipping Fee
  Flat shipping fee $12 / per item applies to Australia wide addresses.
  

Quilt Cover Shop offers "7-days Return Policy" as defined below:

You can return your order within 7 calendar days after the receipt of your order. This policy applies only when ALL of the following conditions are satisfied:

• There is no any damage or dirt on the product item and its package.
• The item is not used and washed yet.
• The item is packed as its orginal and all of its accessories are enclosed when it is returned.
• Your request for an item return and / or money refund is NOT because you didn't notice or misunderstood the product item's information (e.g size, materials, accessories, brands, etc) when you placed your order.
• How does this process work?
  When you receive your won item, you are reckon to immediately check its look and feel. If the item has some broken or damages, you can apply for a return, for a replacement or a refund (fullly or partially). You may contact us for the best solution using our contact form.
  If both parties agree on a refund solution by communication, you will be refunded AFTER our receipt of your item return. Quilt Cover Shop only refunds customers by bank transfer or by paypal (no cash. no money order, no cheque please).
